$399 for a 4 page personally designed site with small number of graphics/photos. Plus an additional $150 per page after that.

 

Domain Name Registration:

This can vary, but it should be no more than $20 per year.

 

Web Site Hosting:

This can vary as well, however for a simple basic site it should be around $20 per year.
